I bought a insignia off these guys and so far i have spent over a grand on it repairing it and its still not rite it still needs new batt new duel mass fly wheel new shock absorbers bearings do not buy off these is my advice the car has meant to have full service history but after speaking with main dealers they say its never been srviced inder there network

Awful rude member of staff who didn't have a clue about anything to do with the cars..

2 totally different postcodes & addresses but none exact. (the loosely called staff) cant make a decision they all need to refer to 'the boss' who wasn't there & no one seemed to know when he would grace their presence. Pulling teeth springs to mind, hence I walked away.

Went to look at a car today, very rude people that worked their (walking round with ear phones in) and not open on time so was stood outside gate waiting with other customers. The car I went to see was listed as immaculate condition with full service history, but it had no service history what so ever with it, had scratches and chips which I would have overlooked but the alternator belt and pulley was squeeling and rattling, the front passenger wheel jolted back and forth about 2 to 3 inch when I watch them moved it and stop. The car had an advisory on previous mot for this 6 months ago, but then had a fresh mot a week ago with no advisories which indicates it was most likely a dodgy test. Do yourself a favour and stay clear from these, absolutely clueless scammers that try to take advantage of people who don't show signs of any knowledge about vehicles.
