AMAZING!!!! fits I'm perfectly. came as exactly shown on websit. right day right time. was expecting to be late or wrong day because of the pandemic but I was proven wrong absolutely recommend

Ordered bed friday 10th July last week was told delivery would be yesterday Monday the 13th July was told would get phone call hour before delivery no phone call spoke to lady who ordered the bed for me she was told everything was to be delivered today yet again no phone call I tried ringing and phone was turned off I'm not impressed by this company at all they didn't even have decency to ring me and let me know there was a problem

Wow I ordered a bed on the 20th of April and guess what... Still hasnt come i spoke to someone on the phone last week and up untill then they HAD corresponded via ebay msg. During the phone call he told me that they would deliver the bed personally AND fix it up as a good will gesture Anyway after being told this day, that day as i said the bed has still not arrived so I opened a request with ebay and they are lookibg into it. I have requested a refund but because the bed has been stated as posted i cant get my money back unless they accept returns.. 600 on a bed that I cant sleep in. Its a shame that people start businesses with good intentions and then you get cowboys like these that shatter the trust between buyer and seller! Sad. I know im lucky to have a roof over my head buts its that customer service that has p@#?ed me off more than anything.
