Scam/ Fraudsters, confirmed by bank and look on gov site, shady small company also been struck off as of yesterday. Customer service is a joke. Terrible service and Terrible quality product. Reported to agency and they are looking into it further.

Bought beds without thinking of the reviews this company has and the beds were delivered damaged. The two delivery men carried a bed each from the van to our flat resting it occasionally on the ground and tearing the material on the sides. Once we took the packing off and noticed the tears in the fabric we also noticed the wooden frame on one of the beds was cracked in several places. We took photos straight away and sent them to the company. At first they said it was our fault as the delivery men claim the beds were perfect when they delivered it therefore we damaged it ourselves. They also claim the delivery men took photos too but they didnt and the company cannot forward these said images to me. They have ignored my messages and calls ever since. I should have looked at the reviews first and I only hope other people do too.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE Poor customer service No contact numbers or email Original phone number took me through to dreams! Ordered a bed a month ago heard nothing back apart from one email confirmation! Website was then updated spoke to someone who has now taken over the website and has no idea where the money is or the bed! Was told he will look into it but heard nothing back! no bed, no refund and 340 down!! Bank confirmed fraud

After buying the Clara Ottoman bed and only lifting the bed twice to store things it came down trapping my arm luckily there was someone else in the house to release the bed or my arm would have been crushed for sure I have severe bruising the length of my upper arm and the pain was excruciating if this had happened to a child the outcome could have been a lot worse.This bed is sold as a gas lift storage bed it is NOT.I understand the bed is a year old but this company has neither acknowledged or replied to any messages sent.These beds are not cheap and for that reason I would avoid at all costs.
