Only went to collect a prescription and asked about when a booster is due and I just got attitude from the receptionist. I had to walk away at that point. Unprofessional

It's been one error after another and attempts to overcharge at any opportunity. Absolutely regret having the pet health which means im stuck with the vets for another 10 months

If I could put no stars I would! My cat was booked in for a dental which we have insurance for with added dental cover so we knew this would Be covered by the insurance company. Only to be told by Calder Vets that the insurance company has rejected the claim so we have to pay in full. Knowing this didnt sound correct I rang my insurance company for them to confirm she is covered and they are not sure why the vets said this. They then checked the claims on our policy only to see that there wasnt actually any claims listed at all. Avoid this place, they dont care about your animals all they want is your money!!
