delivery was arranged for 30th January from 10:00 onwards with a call an hour before. I waited in all day from 10:00 and then phoned at 15:07 to be told delivery was attempted in the morning but they couldn't tell me at what time. I was in from 10:00 and no one knocked on the door or phoned me. Tried to arrange a refund and they said they can't refund the delivery resulting in me having to dispute the payment through my bank. Overall unprofessional and poor customer service. reply: I provided you with the correct number 3 times prior to delivery as you can see in our email chain, you said you could not provide time stamps for the pictures. I waited in from 10 and no one knocked on my door from this time. I would not consider charging me for delivery and waiting another 10 days for redelivery bending over backwards.
