Recently I needed some molds for garden slabs and coping stones. Not finding them in the normal places e.g. amazon ect. I called thermovac after trawling the Internet.
Well what a lovely business customer interaction spoke to a nice chap named Paul. Who knew what I wanted was flexible on what I orderd and when It arrived was far far better than I had recived from another company. And I don't mean "a bit" I mean night and day better.
There system of payment is a little old school e.g. card payment over the phone. But I had no issues
Website is a little hard to navigate on a phone, to be fair I've not tried to access it on a computer. But on phone the top banner sometimes covers the index of items they sell .So be patient and poke around and if you still can't find what your after I'm sure a call to them will solve this.
