Id rate 0 star but thats not a option I highly suggest no one buys from this company I bought a car for my daughter for 400 and it lastest 3 weeks and now refusing to fix the problem Ive rang more than 30+ times spoke with multiple people and still fail to solve the problem PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not!!!!!! Ordered a ride on car for my girls which arrived very quickly even though it was during lockdown but unfortunately the motor on the wheel was broken more likely in transit which is understandable. I got in touch with axon toys and they quickly sent out another part for it and now the car works perfectly fine! Very impressed by the fast service even whilst in lockdown! Much appreciated and a very happy customer!

Avoid! Placed an order early November and despite numerous calls and emails chasing Id not heard anything in over 2 and a half weeks despite delivery claiming to be within 5 days. Finally spoke to someone who told me theyd refunded me to resolve the issue which was caused by a warehouse problem. I didnt want a refund, I wanted the bike so was told I could go online and reorder. However when I did the same day it was out of stock! Clearly theyd sold me something they didnt have in stock. Tried to contact them again and surprise surprise no response.

Amazing service, brilliant goods and fantastic prices. I went in unsure with what to get my 4 year old. The assistant there was really understanding helped me with my purchase. Even after the sales rang them plenty of times (surprised they not blocked me yet ha) polite and helpful everytime I've rang. I would defo recommend!!!!
