This company is appalling we bought a mattress in 2021 which started to sag on the sides rotated it to see if that would resolve the issue but got worse. I phoned the shop we bought it from who then gave us Matza's number the manager (Clarissa) gave me a load waffle kept fobbing me off saying there was only a year's guarantee on the bed which was rubbish. Never called me back as promised then after all the calls I made they offered 20% off a new mattress as a good will gesture didn't accept it such a cheek. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
