        Impossible to get through phone always busy, I'm not surprised if u have one girl on phone who can't manage. Stuff lovely and always ready to help. Doctor well unprofessional don't listen to patient. Surgery look like from 60th. Aha by the way this is an new rating place sound like old one " Dr. I. Patel surgery" was block with 1.9 rating. On top of this Dr. Patel own 2 surgerys where he work at same time how this can work properly with out affecting patients In my opinion NHS should look in to this. Dr. Patel if u reading this really is time to make some important u getting pay to provide services which we can't get from u. No nice

        I agree hard to get through on phone, apart from that ,all staff I've dealt with were fantastic,all times I've seen doctor he has been excellent at listening and understanding of my condition and helping put my mind at ease .couldn't knock anything,

      image I agree hard to get through on phone, apart from that ,all staff I've dealt with were fantastic,all times I've seen doctor he has been excellent at listening and understanding of my condition and helping put my mind at ease .couldn't knock anything,
