Bluespot Furniture Ltd

Very impressed with Bluespot furniture. I ordered 3 cabinets, 2 cupboards and a corner desk. It is really different to other furniture available. Love the coloured panels and quality. The furniture comes largely assembled which means it seems more sturdy than traditional flat pack. No thin backing which you get with other manufacturers. It does mean it will be heavier to move, but that was preferable for my needs. I had questions which were answered accurately before my purchase. The pieces are well protected but one piece did come damaged which sometimes happens in transit. I believe you get a better appreciation of the quality of a company when not everything goes according to plan and how the situation is recovered. For me, a replacement was provided by return with absolutely no quibble. Very happy and would not fail to recommend. Thank you

Dreadful service!! avoid at all costs. I made a mistake on an order and wanted to return an item. No one answers the phone or returns emails. Finally got response weeks later after the item was delivered and I was charged. They want 75% restocking charge to return the item. They are only interested in Money not customer service

I originally spoke to Natalie who was very helpful, placed a large order for a full office fit out. Unfortunately, the delivery was supposed to take 3-4 days, in the end took 3-4 weeks. I found after-sales with Natalie was difficult, struggled to get through at times and had failed call back requests. I was then promised a discount for the delayed delivery, but that didnt come through and my emails were ignored. I had a few issues with missing parts post delivery, Vanessa was excellent and so was Paul, issues were rectified quickly. Furniture quality was excellent too. I dont think You should promise discounts and not see through with them, but otherwise happy with the purchase.

We ordered a filling cabinet from blue spot furniture, got the dimensions wrong, our fault completely, item was not going to fit so we had to return. Be careful when ordering from blue spot as their return policy is costly, paid 250.80 and will get back 125.31 and would have been charged more if it wasnt packaged. I dont mind paying a return fee but handling and other fees doesnt feel right when your within your legal rights to return. Also the cabinet was delivered on a pallet which is overkill as it was a third of its size. Wont purchase from these guys again as a change of mind will cost ya!!
