Had an issue with delivery initially, not the sellers fault - the courier managed to lose my headboard. I spoke to the seller who was great and looked into it for me. I'd explained it was part of a surprise for my daughter who is a young carer for me and how I'd hoped to have the item by a certain day. He was really understanding and offered me either a refund or replacement so I opted for the replacement and was surprised to receive it on the day I needed it for. I'm really happy with the headboard and the service I received and can't thank them enough!

Been waiting for a headboard since the 8th the distributor still not recived it, my second delivery slot was 12th! Still nothing.
