        My family and I have been patients at Sidings Healthcare Centre and the Brewery Lane surgery for as long as anyone can remember. Dr. Asmal is incredible, professional and caring. Not only has he taken great care of our health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment, my 4 year old warmed to him quickly too. Its rare to find a family doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of GP care. An absolute credit to your profession. Again, Thank you for all of your support!

        I wish I could leave a minus 1 star review for this shamble of a so called surgery!! RUDE CARELESS RECEPTIONIST! NEVER ANSWER PHONES!!! CARELESS DOCTORS WHO ARE ONLY THEIR FOR THE MONEY!! CLAIMING MONEY ON BEHALF OF PATIENTS FROM NHS, WHICH DOESNT EVEN GET SPENT ON PATIENTS!! AVOID!!!

        This GP doesn't even deserve one star, it's so difficult to get an appointment. Some, not all of the receptionist have no manners at all and are very rude and unfortunately the same goes for some of the doctors. Dr Zafar Arshid is very rude, some doctors just fob you off and don't listen to your needs. An absolute shambles of a GP practice, would definitely not recommend. Doctors are supposed to be there to help us, rather some of these doctors are rude and have no idea how to deal with patients. However Dr Ali and Dr Asmal are amazing.

        Absolutely ridiculous service rang up at 8 no appointments, receptionist need to understand when a treatment is started with one doctors we dont want to get passed around.
