Rest Time Beds

AVOID SCAMMERS! My Husband and I bought a from bed here. They delivered the wrong pieces 3 times in a row, for just one bed. We've had incorrect colours and sizes. They have promised to deliver the correct pieces for months now. And we have had nothing. Now they refuse to speak and refuse to refund our money back.

Scammers have taken my money. Paid 640 for a faulty, badly constructed double bed. It took them 3 deliveries and over a month to deliver just one bed. The last delivery came at 11pm on a Sunday. Company director Nazakat Mahmood has now blocked me from being able to contact him reference the issues with the bed. Salesman Osman is completely ignoring all my calls and messages. I have no way to get ahold of anyone at this company.

My experience has been very dissatisfying and If possible I would have given Rest Time Beds 0 stars as this company is a fraud who will lie to take deposit by saying we do Beds and bespoke stools/benches and once you pay the deposit they sit on it and call you after three weeks once you chase your order saying they cant proceed with the order as they do not do stools/benches and when you message for queries they ignore you and blame their representatives who are working for them. I sadly wasted a few months which has caused me delays in moving to my new house. I would strongly advise anyone ordering to be sure they do not fall in the trap and use companies who are reliable.

I would highly recommend this company, very competitive prices, excellent services and an excellent customer services. I had an issue with my headboard and it was replaced within a couple of days from reporting it. Thank you and I would defiantly recommend to friends and family.
