Placed an order for a bed a few weeks ago. The order was confirmed. Upon sending a deposit to secure my order, I was informed that the deposit was received however, the website had 'glitched' and my order was now 150 more than the price outlined on the website and on my order confirmation email. I requested to see policy and legislation that covers the company for these errors but was told that it was an 'error' and I had to pay that price on delivery. 2 weeks went by, and I had not received any updates on my order, I made numerous contact attempts via telephone, email, and social media, yet no response. On 21:51pm on Bank Holiday Friday, I receive a text from an unknown number trying to arrange delivery for the next day. The bed then arrived the next morning very late notice. We checked the bed. It appeared to be lovely material, however, sadly, the stuffing was visible on a seem where the studs are where it had not been tucked into the material well. Additionally, a button was missing from the detailing exposing a staple. The driver was pushing us to keep it and he said that he would sort it himself and tried to tell us to remove the studs ourselves, tuck the stuffing in and hammer them back in again...... and he was going to source us a button to put in ourselves......we said no, and he took the bed back. I emailed the company the next day regarding our experience. I had a nice response back saying that they had to honor the price on their website at purchase, which was not what I was originally told. They informed me they were looking into the matter and would make contact. I replied with proof of my order and requested an update asap. A few moments later, I received an email from Sarah. Her email began like this, 'Natasha, this is Sarah from Luxury Bed Store. I spoke with you on our messenger regarding this, whats the issue now?'. How RUDE. Appalling. Still, nothing from Luxury Bed Store. Still waiting for a response. They also do not answer their phones.

I ordered a new bed from here and the bed its self was really good and cannot fault it, but included in my order was a matching ottoman box that I paid for too but was never delivered which is really disappointing, I contacted them via the web chat a few times, they said they would look into it and it will be delivered but that was over a month ago and still nothing.

The store was recommended by a friend, I decided to give it a try and I am very happy I did. Ordering the bed was easy and the bed came earlier than stated by the company. Very convenient and customer friendly
