        Ordered 2nd December, was told items would be delivered before Christmas, its now 24th January and despite emailing and trying on a number of times to phone ( constantly engaged, I guess more complaints), Ive still not heard a thing! Complete shambles, ellgren are back, not for long at this rate!

        Excellent product. So good to have a brand new retro Northern top. Website did make clear that the item would take some time to arrive. Ordered mine 12.12.22 and it arrived 04.01.23. No problems at all. Will be buying another

        Slow to supply goods and when they did the order was incomplete! Following many phone calls they finally admitted they would not be sending the final item and a refund would be issued. Still waiting on the money so just emailed them once more. Use this company only if you have to.
