Sheesh Mahal

0 STARS! After seeing the YouTube video of Desi Jatt, I went to Sheesh Mahal with my family all the way from Oldham. Firstly there is no parking whatsoever and had to park 3 blocks away and ended up getting a parket ticket which Sheesh Mahal were not willing to reimburse. On arrival, we had to wait over 45 minutes for a table that we BOOKED! We were told to wait outside in the cold as they were busy. We went upstairs and the place is tiny. Literally 4 or 5 tables that were full of filth. Eaten botis all over the seats and seekh kebabs were on the floor getting squashed by our shoes. You can see the kitchen from where you eat and the chef is a man with dreadlocks who doesnt have his hair covered and all his hair falls in the food. The hygiene in this place is -10 Waiter doesnt communicate with you at all and we had to wait 40 minutes for our food. The food was abysmal and the service was shocking. The food was undercooked and had dreadlock hair that was fried by the tawa. It was disgusting. We complained and the waiter was argumentative and offered no help. The manager got involved and offered us complimentary tea but we had to have it downstairs near the entrance which was FREEZING COLD. Worst restaurant Ive ever been to in my life!.

came to this branch after visiting the bradford one never experienced tawa like they served. great customer service definitely worth paying a visit
