Must try burgers in central Dewsbury - all halal, no alcohol on premises 1. Friendly customer service - polite service from people who know their food / burgers - Fast food turnaround, we usually ring in and pick up in 20 mins 2. Great selection of menu items / burgers - it's pricey stuff / get what you pay for; the 'Big Bang', 'Dynamite Chilli' and 'Mr Hyde' are always a hit for us, well presented and filling; standard chips are good quality / good upgrade options available e.g. loaded beef fries - Good options for kids! 3. Cosy environment / plenty of seating - no booths but enough seating for 20-30 people; can feel like you're squashed in if busy - Big windows / plenty of natural light / city centre action 4. Prayer room facilities - no dedicated facilities but single prayer mat can be arranged; local mosque 5 min walk away 5. Tricky parking it's the town centre - we usually park around the rear for evening pick ups; during the day best to use the city centre parking facilities

The food was alright. There were two waitress, one of them took our order wrong so the manager had to sort it out. After we finished eating we had a lot of left overs so we asked the same waitress to pack it for us to take home. We were waiting. The second waitress was soo good and kind, while we were there he kept and coming to us asking if we were ok and if everyone was alright and if we needed anything. While we were waiting for our packed food the good waitress came and asked us if we needed anything then we said we were waiting for our food to be packed so he went into the kitchen to check at the same time the manager passed by and asked us if we needed anything then we said we were waiting for our food to be packed so he went into the kitchen to check as well. Guess what? The good waitress came and told us that the bad waitress had threw our food in the bin instead of packing it up, he apologized sincerely on behalf of the other waitress. The manager came and apologized too and refunded the price of our order thrown in the bin. So the wrong waitress came and apologized and claimed he was tired and had a lot in his mind.
