        Woeful customer service by one member of staff, an older lady. Looked to transfer Euros back to Pounds and no we cant take one of the notes, even though it was the same post office that gave me them in the first place! (I had receipt for proof and she still would not accept it. One note had been sellotaped back together and I didnt see it whatsoever; Didnt end up using the Euros and it was buried at the bottom of the pile.) Anyone would think she would do the decent thing and accept the mistake on their part and offer me the pound note, but no. Absolutely woeful service.
