SMALLWOOD PHR LTD - Plumbing, Heating and Renewables

After moving to a new home, (to us), with a Thermodynamic water heating system, it promptly stopped working a week and a half after our move. Hoping we could get it repaired we contacted Ben at Smallwood PHR Ltd, who, after being talked through the issue, advised on how to shut the system down and default to the combi boiler. When that didn't work, Ben came to our home a few days later and was able to get our boiler working to produce hot water, in 15 minutes. Inactivity on the switch used to request hot water had calcified a small part, easily resolved with th eright knowledge, which Ben had. I'd recommend Ben and his company for any plumbing work. Really impressed! I checked reviews prior to using and they were excellent but I'm still impressed. Despite being busy Ben turned up and happily looked at all the issues, ordered the parts and came back the next morning. Repaired everything, serviced the boiler and cleaned as he went.
