        I just cannot pass the opportunity to praise, a lady of the name of Misbah, who I had the pleasure of her assistance. I visited the Dewsbury store for my passport renewal and photographs and she couldn't have been more helpful, kind and attentive. I've been in twice since, for different reasons and she greeted me with a big smile and even remembered my name! Kindness and a brilliant service needs to be acknowledged and I absolutely have!
