        Was ringing this morning for 30 mins no answer drove up to see if my medication was ready rang again from carpark still no answer went i to pharmacy rang while i was in only to see 3 staff completely ignore phone this should not happen this is not the first time this has happened very dissapointed with this service

        Brilliant pharmacy and pharmacist, shabaz always takes the time to have my prescriptions ready and if he doesn't have them he always phones to let me know he's waiting on deliverys and calls to say there in. IV used Rolands for 15 years, not just for convince because the staff are extremely helpful and know you by name

        Avoid!!! Rude staff who have no idea about customer service. Also never order the right things. Every time I have had to use this chemist I have had a bad experience!

        Slow, unfriendly, incompetent. This is literally the WORST pharmacy Ive ever been to in my life. The worst thing its been like this for years. We often joke about taking turns to go here in our household because its so bad!
