        Came here a couple months ago to do an ear test. Booked online and when I turned up they said they don't have any bookings and that another Specsavers were suppose to tell them about all bookings. Then somehow managed to rebook me for the following week without asking me for any of my information, but said I'd get a text confirming. So clearly my booking was there but nobody checked. Didn't even get the text after to confirm so didn't bother going back to the rescheduled appointment and wasting my time. Extremely poor customer service and seem very disorganized.
