        it makes a change to find a business that goes above an beyond. i did all the requested checks the item arrived next day very well wrapped it wasnt till came to bolt it up i had an unexpected problem the guy's at vanspares did all they could you help to solve the problem but unfortunately they weren't able to solve it. the return process was very simple. they were just do helpful thank you for all the help. the item was a prop the problem was a merc adaptation .         Worst customer service experience I've ever had,I bought power steering pump from them and I put on the car but it was not working as should be and it was leaking badly so I've called and told them about and sent videos of the power steering pump making noise and leaking at the same time. They told me that they would refund as I spent 150 for a part and fitting but they never got back to and ignored my request. Total scams and people who leave them positive reviews most definitely their relatives it's obvious. I would not recommend this place at all.its not worth buying anything from them.

        Thanks hari, he is so great customer service I can't believe that what he did for me, when I purchased on ebay it was two days delivery, but I call Hari answer the phone I asked if possible to get the item by tomorrow, he did drop the item personally to the DHL depot, and next day delivery arrived at noon. Again many thanks hari. If you did find what you want here don't shop any wher. Service: Part finding & extracting
