        A big Thank You to Sarah of the the Dewsbury site. A lovely friendly patient lady who made my 92 year old Mum feel really at ease & what she does not know about chairs is probably not worth knowing. Through Sarah's expertise & exploring other possible options I think we have found the perfect chair. Sarah is a real credit to the business.

        Initial experience very good, however after having to cancel original delivery due to serious emergency hospital appointment cannot now get new delivery date, have rung shop and feel they are not being very helpful. Item cost nearly a thousand pounds so feel that I should get more consideration, very dissappointed with customer service.
