        I always buy my phones from this shop. The staff, everyone of them, are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and willing to help if you're no expert with technology. I highly recommend the chaps in this store.

        Me and somebody else went today we were served by a lovely, fun and kind sales assistant whom we were able to have a bit of banter with. I was left to decide on a phone on my own after being told the one I wanted was not available or something (to some this may seem like bad customer service but for myself and whom I was with for us it's nicer to be able to make our own choices rather than be told which is the in thing right now) and was not pestered for an expensive option or even to move on to a contract. We were in and out of the shop within a good 15 minutes where as in the past it's being 30 + not including waiting times just them trying to sell stuff I don't want or who I'm with does not want. Overall the best trip to the shop in a long time (review may change on next visit which probably won't be for a while). PS Very happy with the product bought today and feel happy with how I was dealt with patience and kindness go a long way!!!
