        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE HIGHLY UNRELIABLE!!!! THEY TURN UP LATE OVER 4 HOURS ON THREE OCCASIONS TO REPLACE FAULTY PARTS. INCORRECT PARTS WERE ORDERED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS SEEM TO HAVE AN ISSUE WITH WALKING UP STAIRS, PUNCTUALITY AND DIRECTION. THIS COMPANY ARE AN ABSOLUTE LIABILITY. RUDE STAFF AND NO COMMUNICATION. I HAVE TAKEN SEVERAL DAYS OFF OF WORK DUE TO THESE PEOPLE AND ON 7 OCCASIONS NOW IT'S BEEN A WASTE OF MY TIME. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

        Kitchen fitted terrible, all cupboards were uneven, the cupboard in which housed the boiler didn't shut. Promised by Jack he had ordered new units and splash back as this was rusty... Twice were a no show, 2nd time I took day off work only for him to ignore my calls then finally got in contact to tell me driver was stuck in traffic from 730am and was still stuck in it at 1145am...total nonsense as window fitter came from same direction and made it no problem...
