        The person who I was told would meet me at court didnt arrive, after calling I found out they no longer work there. Lack of any kind of communication, not the most professional however the person who was sent in place of the one who I was supposed to meet was - when I did eventually meet them - was professional and handled everything.

        By far the worst solicitor's firm I've ever used with amount lie's I have heard from Amanda and amount false promises made by the director who wanted me to be understanding of his family and internal business issues that are never ending is a strange way of conducting a business!

        Whilst some of the team especially Carla really try to help you, they are chronically understaffed and cant process things in a timely manner. Phones ring out constantly and emails not responded to. Wouldnt use them again.

        If you want to get disappointed frustrated use them i had to keep on phoning which no one bothers to pick up email to get a response simple case took over 2 years very disappointed.
