I used Kingswell Watts for conveyancing, for a property I recently purchased and what can I say, Anam Sardar was extremely professional, thorough and made sure she stayed on top of everything to ensure we had completed in a timely manner. We had alot of issues with proceeding with properties that are repossessions where the timescales are unknown and the sellers solicitors were really poor with communicating and setting expectations. Rest assured, i wasnt worried at all as Anam handled it perfectly and delivered results going above and beyond to ensure we exchanged and completed within a certain date. She kept me updated every step of the way and is a real people person - she won't hesitate to contact you by phone, email if needed and will most definitely reply when you get in contact with her.
