        I got a hi on the shop floor which was nice. The section I was trying to look at at had a stocking up trolley left right in front with no sign of a staff member. I had push the trolley side to side to look at what I wanted. Waited around to be served for 5min , had to go find a member of staff. My whole transaction was completed whilst cashier and the other staff member had a full on conversation on the headset. What ever happened to interaction with the customer and good service

        Recieved really good service on Wednesday from Courtney, she went out of her way to help my niece choose make up products and colour match foundation. Highly recommend visiting this store. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Never had any issues.

        This shop is okay but I get fed up of being asked to buy loads of other stuff at the till. Why don't they put a promotion somewhere else and leave customers just to buy what they actually do want.
