        Been going to this gym for a few years, the owner Sam is a very nice guy and hes always their to give you some advice where needed, all the lads that go their are all sound all welcoming, its open 24 hrs a day once you sign up you get a key so you can go literally anytime you want. All the equipment Is old school Steel (Rocky style gym) Call into see Sam or give him a call if you want to get in shape

        I would train here everyday if I could. What a place. The atmosphere, equipment and Old School belt & braces feel. Once you try it you wont wanna go anywhere else. The owner Sam is very knowledgeable, approachable and willing to help.
