        They dont tell you if you live in flats they dont help you. The delivery driver was on hid own a ill lady and her daughter moved things from van the delivery driver only moved matress to bottom of stairwell of flats and when i told company this what driver did they wasnt bothered

        Bed quality is great but when delivered, 2 screws where missing. I have reached to the team, no help for 3 months now.

        The bed doesn't fit the frame. The mattress is so high up its ridiculous. Contacted them and no reply has been given. Told the delivery driver to collect. Messages and phone calls have been ignored. If not responded to by Monday. I will be going to trading stander for something to be done. As I'm left without a bed and 420 down for something that is absolutely ridiculous.
