        Have yet to place my order, the customer service so far has been fantastic. I've contacted numerous companies to find the right bed and Beds Online have been excellent in their communication as well as being able to provide exactly what I'm looking for. Can't recommend them enough.

        The prices are cheap and probably the quality too, the people seem nice enough on email but the delivery service is atrocious and unprofessional, no advanced notice of delivery just a measly text the evening before so if you have work or day planned its impossible, they dont stick to agreed time, hard to contact delivery driver who doesnt phone beforehand, ruined my entire day waking up at 5am for a delivery. Rude delivery driver who wanted to leave bed outside. Just going to buy from a reputable retailer now where you can select delivery date and have it professionally delivered.
