Ordered a bed last week, absolutely top quality and the delivery team could not have done more, brought the bed upstairs and assembled it for us. The total experience from ordering and the customer service experience when interacting with the ordering team to deliver a totally excellent experience. Great quality, great prices and great customer service . I will be going here every time I need anything now for sure. The bed is exactly as it looks in the photo. Ordering was quick and flawless as was the delivery. Easy to assemble. Has transformed my bedroom! Amazing quality at such a reasonable price. Highly recommend this product.

READ THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST!!! five star reviews on the website are fake as it is all given by their family and friends. DODGY INDIAN COMPANY!!! THEY DELIVERED A DAMAGED BED WITH MISSING PARTS THEN DELIVERED THE WRONG PARTS AND REFUSE TO REFUND OR TAKE BED BACK. INDIAN MAN WHO PICKS UP PHONE WAS SHOUTING AT MY BROTHER

Very bad customer service unresponsive to deal with problems. We ordered a bed which was faulty and were missing some parts they promised to deliver the missing item next day and to send some to fix the fault, but has been two month since and have not heard anything from them. They have blocked my number and dont even answer my calls. I advise everyone to avoid shopping from them as they will have be in the same situation as me.
