I cannot put in to words how wonderful Helen and all the staff are at George Brooke's. Everyone I dealt with couldn't do enough for us, We were guided, in depth, every step of the way with warmth, compassion and dignity, as if it were their own family member's funeral they were arranging. We can highly recommend this wonderful family business.

Helen was the difference. We all handle the passing of our loved ones in our own way; Helen was able to interpret our sentiments of the day beautifully, respond, direct, and accommodate within an appreciated manner. Her experience, abilities and confidence are clear. Exactly the right amount of inclusion and support needed at these times. Helen even assisted me in dressing myself properly... Going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank You.

Great untill they have your money.my advice to anyone using this company is to withhold payment untill you have what you want because after they have it they couldn't be less interested. Using these people made loosing my son even more stressful and upsetting than it needed to be. Don't buy a head stone from them.we have been left with something we need to spend hundreds on to make it right. They have our thousands of pounds up front so its not a problem ey? Avoid!!! money grabbing ghouls !!!

Fantastic service. In a very difficult time, all the staff that I dealt with were compassionate, caring and very thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble. The service was 100% and the funeral went smoothly, without any hick-ups and was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate recommending G. Brooke's. Top class service
