Put off after seeing the hygiene of the shop. The workers are young and clueless about customer service! Avoid

Appalling. Ordered food with an expected delivery up to 50 mins but currently, still waiting for food 3 hours after. Called to check up on food an hour after.... got told it was on the way. Called again just 45 mins later, got cut off and when rang again got told it just got sent for delivery now. So annoyed and so disgusted and the service by the lady on the phone AND THE WAIT TIME. not coming back, for sure.

Ordered 3 hours in advance and asked to keep ready for a specific time. Got there to pick up at that time but food wasn't ready. Understandable as its a busy period. Waited for half an hour and saw customers come in after us and get served before us. Still no sign of our order. Staff clueless and can't give a time order will be ready. Absolutely shambolic and pathetic.

What an absolute waste of money was thinking of what to get then I thought lets order from pops as its been some time since Ive ordered from here I havent had to check reviews as Ive had it in the past and it was really nice but this time Round it was terrible burger bun was totally burnt so burger had a horrible burnt taste animal fries werent all that and coke was just one of them cheap and nasty ones from a different country all together it was a bad experience will never order from pops again not happy at all doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating

Shocking service. Staff on the phone rude and arrogant. Need to learn some manners . Orderd food to be told 20 mins later I can't have my order?
