        The receptionist today was so rude, as I misunderstood she made me feel uncomfortable and ashamed of my mistake in communication. I do not recommend horrible experience

        Most of the receptionists are kind and helpful however one of them is very rude and i now have anxiety about ringing in case she answers. The doctors i have seen dont listen to you and seem not to care and to only be there to get paid. The nurses at the surgery however are absolutely amazing and patient care is definitely a key point for the nurses.

        same as every where some Drs are good and some are just there for the and don't care about there patients. Same with receptionists a few a lovely and bend over backwards to help but some are highly skilled bouncers and ninjas that will do everything to block you getting to see a Dr.. or that s how it feels....
