        Dreadful. I was not heard and I was talked over. Zero support and zero empathy. I hold a healthcare professional licence and I know all I heard was poppycock - I am refraining from expletives. Waste of time!!!!!

        wouldn't recommend this service to anyone went with hip problem ended up with a knee problem as well was told this happens, staff are rude and dismissive they told my GP I had missed appointments not true I didn't make anymore appointments all the exersises are free to download
