        Went to go pick up my parcel , stood in the queue and then asked for it told me to stand at the side waited for 20mins when i could see my parcel on the floor. When he finally came over he said come back tomorrow because his phone was dead he could of told me straight away instead of wasting my time, was also very rude towards me and not pleased with the way he spoke to his customer. Never sending my parcels there again.

        All the staff in every shop are a pleasure to deal with. Lovely Manchester tarts from the butcher's and lovely Curry's and gypatties from the nisa/patbros shop. Yummy.
