Firstly it states on the door and via the website that this store is open 7:00am-7:30pm. I went to the drive through at 4:15pm to place an order when I was greeted by an extremely rude member of staff who began speaking to me by saying were closed. I was taken back by this and questioned the closing time as knew this was 7:30pm. Your employee responded yeah well were closed now. I asked why and was then ignored. I drove away and was shocked by the service I had received.
I have been going to Starbucks daily for a toasted vanilla oat shaken espresso with one shot of coffee as this is currently my pregnancy craving. I dont think Ill ever be going back after my experience today which is very upsetting.
