Graham converted two cellars for us in South Manchester last year and did a great job at a good price. Him and his team were flexible and friendly throughout and worked well with the other contractors we had on site. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again for similar work. We came across Graham through a recommendation and we know several people on our street who have had their cellars converted by Graham and his team and we haven't heard a bad word about their work.

Very pleased with Graham's cellar conversion. He provided excellent workmanship at a reasonable price and he was able to accommodate the additional jobs we asked him for. Would definitely recommend.

Cellar Conversion Graham was an absolute professional from start of the process to the end. Came to give quote and helped with the planning and explained everything that needed doing. Was realistic with pricing, length of time the job would take and when he would be able to start. Identified issues that other quotes did not spot and explained the best solutions for these issues. Also took care of all planning issues and inspections. On the actual job, turned up when he said he was going to be here. kept us informed of what was happening in the build. Minimal disruption when he was here and left everything clean and tidy each evening. Finished the job on time, everything followed up with the building report. No extra costs and left everything with a good finish.
