In all honestly I'm gutted I rang up to be told only emergencies available and to consider what was an emergancy so I said well I think its an emergency and was given my appointment and was told no extra charge for being an emergency. But anyway I took my pet as she had injured eye and they saw her . I paid 104 pound for my guineapig and having to swallow a follow up check at 58 quid I could cry I never paid so much in my life my last vet in Westbury charged no more the 48 pound in total for the same thing I think I'm sad to say I am going to have to bite the bullet and drive that distance because I can't warrant paying the charges again :( I understand if you got pets you expect to pay fees but 162 pound for antibiotics for the eye that cost 3 quarters less the price else ware it sad :( but either way I'm grateful for the treatment

Have had nothing but bad service , from dogs date of birth wrong on more than one occasion , no pre op for his op which then gets cancelled, nurse treated him like a thing not the pet he is to us , said dog too scared to be neutered, had to change appointments , they forgot to put his worming and flea order in had to chase up, and still gave wrong dose for worming , went on his weight from months ago so now short for next time , yes i could phone but to be honest am fed up having to keep sorting out the mistakes, seriously think need to take him elsewhere to be neutered . On the plus side receptionists are friendly.

Thank you to the team for the excellent service I received this week. I had a family dog visiting and although the vets were extremely busy were able to find a slot for us. With prompt consultation little Lola was out of pain and we were given sound advice on future care. Special mention to Kath, Niamh, Emily and Helen. Many thanks

I had to ring the emergency number at 9pm as thought my dog had been bitten or stung as ran in from the garden yelping and crying. I was able to have a video call with Mr Macqueen who carried out a visual examination of my dog. She had stopped crying and yelping and seemed calm. It was most probably a situation where she had been stung by a wasp. The call was so appreciated and put my mind at rest. Great service thank you.
