Received a great service! The website and course material were really easy to navigate. The manager/ owner was really quick in getting back to me with queries, even though it was a Sunday ! Very good service and level 3 food health and hygiene course, I would definitely recommend them . I'll be signing up to some more courses through them for sure !

There was a printing errors of the certificate.. contacted them by several emails but failed to print a certificate without error. Then they have sent me a free exam to do and enter my name with simple letters.. but that time my name printed correctly and but wrong spelling in Hygiene word. When I inquired about it, replied as Hygiene word spelled like that in Cambridge dictionary. Because of this error, certificate doesnt look like an original certificate. Not satisfied with the service..

Hi I have purchased on the 25/11/22 2 x Food Hygiene Level 3 courses for online and have not received a thing from Eversley at all. I have complained to them and requested for them to be forwarded and then contacted again asking for a refund and still no contact. I want to warn everyone not to buy from this site as there is no communication with them and their customer service is absolutely rubbish. I have used them before but will never use again and will now put a review on every social media platform that I can. Take your hard-earned cash and deliver nothing. Thia is now the 5/12/22 that I am writing this and still not had anything back. I will now contact my credit card and start a refund. Very angry and dissatisfied customer.
