The Little Eco Shop - Zero Waste shop

Out of 9 items they sent only 4, I asked them to refund my money, now more than a month, I do not advice people to shop on line from my little eco shop

Been waiting on a product now since 19th July. Took 3 weeks to send original order and was missing an item. Still waiting on that now. They didn't even respond to my last request for an update. Its a pity as some of their products are really good but the service is appalling.

This company is a joke... I requested a refund over 2 weeks ago for 8 items I'd never recieved, due to it taking such a long time and me reading other reviews with a similar experience... I said to forget sending the products, just give me my money back... 2 week's later I've recieved 6 of the 8 items I ordered 5 weeks ago, 2 items had been replaced for similar products without me being notified when actually I'd asked for my money back and 2 of the items never even turned up in the box without any refund being noted on the invoice... So they can't even get the orders right that they do satisfy. Don't waste your time ordering from here.

Lovely shop for locals and visitors to by eco products. They accidentally get negative reviews meant for "My little eco shop" (now trading as Little Echo Shop)
