From beginning to end the service was flawless, quick and very efficient. The standard of work and stove was exemplary. The engineers were polite, and we had a good laugh with them during the building works.All in all, a brilliant family run business.

Excellent customer service. The glass had broken on the door of my parents wood stove. Took the door into them and the lady that my husband spoke to, said leave it with them and they will see what they can do. Telephoned later that afternoon to let us know it was mended.. can't thank them enough as didn't expect it to be done this side of Christmas

Chivers offer a friendly service, and lots of experience. They were so helpful with the difficult reconstruction of my chimney. I now have the my dream fireplace and wood burner that i did not think was possible. Jenny, Keith, Dan and Nathan went above and beyond to help. Thank you
