Rude staff. Got ignored for a full 5 mins by both staff members. Like somewhere from the 1970's. Won't ever use again. I suggest some customer service training.

The waiting time can be a bit long sometimes and yes sometimes you have to wait for a member of staff but I just started using this chemist again after a few years away Mandy recognised me straight away greeted me nicely it was like coming home. Thanks for the great service keep it up. People patience is a virtue small chemists get busy, I know we would all like to think we are the most important person in the world but I guess they would probably think we are all worth having when making prescriptions

I concur with the majority of reviewers and find the staff very ignorant and downright rude, there really is no need for this aptitude these days and it takes for ever for a prescription to be ready and have therefore chosen to use an online pharmacy from now on, at least a computer cannot be rude.
