When I contacted Fruci Fit wasnt sure what to expect. Having been very ill in January feeling very low with little strength and no motivation I wasnt sure what I was hoping for! After my initial enquiry, Julie explained the process and what was involved. After my one to one I liked the ethos and it felt right for me. My first session went well and I enjoyed it. The following support check in went well. Help with nutrition in the form of meal ideas, plans and shopping lists made it so easy. The daily accountability check in works so well and sets me up for the day. So far Ive lost 12.6 lbs in 4weeks feel energised, stronger and have more confidence. Thank you Matt and the team best decision so far this year.

For someone who really doesnt like exercise and was scared to start doing any fitness and weight loss programme I can honestly say Matt and the team have changed me and Im now embracing it! He makes it easy for you to make those changes by way of introducing little steps which then builds up your confidence and allows you to enjoy it and feel empowered. Thank you!! Would highly recommend anyone thinking of doing this programme to go for it!

Completly recommend Matt and his team. They really go above and beyond with personal and professional help, advice and support. The effects of menopause and increase in my weight, I reached the point that I needed to do something for myself to fix how I was feeling and looking. I signed up for an initial 12 weeks, and wow, I couldn't believe the amount of connection there has been. Facebook updates, whataspp, phone checkins, live sessions, zoom sessions, meal planning and suggestions to name a few plus the really friendly gym sessions, which offers short busts of activity great for someone like me who has always disliked the gym. Plus many other activities that you could join. This is so very different to what I expected. It has helped me maintain my focus, and with the additional support that Matt offers has also been building my knowledge and confidence, providing positivity rather than negativity to build confidence and outlook. I really can not recommend enough. BRILLIANT.

Brilliant 5 day kick start. Achievable exercise routines, and tasks that built on each other throughout the week. Great support and encouragement from Matt too. Would definitely recommend!
