It is all about the service and experience of the staff. Just picked up my latest reading glasses having been looked after by the Devizes team for close on 20 years. Thoroughly recommend.

I've always felt the service, expertise and range of solutions and products available here to be exemplary. Although a compact building the revolution area is spacious and the staff courteous and helpful. At every stage of my eye test, and subsequent new glasses fitting appointment, I was treated with respect and professionalism in a manner that instantly put me at ease. From the extensive range of glasses on offer I was pleased to see both British brands and steps towards a more sustainable future. The final cost priced to be mad than I was expecting. Thoroughly recommended.

After recently moving to Devizes, I was recommended to Nixon & Shaw by a number of people and I have not been disappointed. I have a rather difficult prescription & the lenses are made in Japan. Things did not go smoothly with my new prescription but thanks to all the staff - Steve in particular - everything was sorted out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Nothing has been too much trouble and I am delighted with the final outcome. Thank you so much to everyone. I wouldnt hesitate passing on a recommendation to anyone who asked. Viv Ibbotson
