        First class customer service. Took my badly twisted frames to Devizes shop. They offered me a seat whilst busying away, and to my surprise managed to fix them. No charge, and smiles all round. Special mention for Vivienne (permission granted to use her name)

        Dropped my glasses causing the screw holding the lens to fall out and dissappear! Phoned Devizes branch who advised to visit and they will fix it. Done in less than 5 minutes! Outstanding service from an Outstanding branch. Thank you Devizes Specsavers once again.

        Just had my routine eye test with Robert this morning, and once again, he delivered excellent service. I've been going to him for years and will continue to go there. All the staff give good service there and always go out of their way to help. I've always had good experiences there, so would recommend them to anyone needing to go to an opticians.
