        Speaking on behalf of my husband, Noel Gunston, I can say that he is very pleased with the service he received from Haines & Smith in Devizes. He has complex needs in respect of his eyesight but in just 3 weeks he was supplied with suitable spectacles. From the moment we first went into the Chippenham branch of Haines & Smith we felt confident that the company would be able to deal with my husband's eye needs. Emily at the Devises branch, who is currently in training, took on his case on 13 September and today, 7 October, he now has a new pair of spectacles. We cannot emphasize enough our gratitude to all the staff in both Chippenham and Devizes.
