I have just completed the process of renting a property through Marsdens Lettings and from start to finish I was very impressed with how they dealt with me. From the initial discussion regarding the property, their flexibility on the viewing time and then the communication and information through to contract signing came across as very professional and personable. The service provided by Marsdens Lettings is fantastic. I say this because we have just moved house, to a rental whose agent is a national chain, where the service leaves a lot to be desired. In comparison, Debbie, Trevor and Beth have always been helpful, professional, approachable and reliable. They are a family owned and run business and take pride in what they do. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
